Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product—Goldbacks, a spendable 24K gold currency, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in very limited circumstances. This policy helps protect against price fluctuation abuse and ensures authenticity and integrity in every transaction.
All Sales Are Final
All Goldback sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to changes in gold pricing, buyer’s remorse, or speculative market behavior.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly review replacement requests for orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. If you believe your order meets one of these conditions, you must notify us within five calendar days of delivery by emailing us at exchange@swokgold.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the items received.
Eligible returns must be:

Accompanied by a valid return authorization (provided by us)
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.
No Refunds Based on Market Value
We do not issue refunds or accept returns based on changes in the market value of gold or Goldbacks. All prices are set at the time of sale and reflect current market conditions and product availability.
